First mix 1 serving (40 g) powder with 80-100 ml water or milk and shake vigorously for 2 minutes until it gets frothy. Or in order to achieve a more creamy consistence use a beater in a bowl for 5 minutes. Then pour it into a plastic freezer container and freeze for 1,5-3 hours depending on how cold your freezer is. Take a spoon and enjoy! Consume within 10 days, store in freezer. Eat on the same day for a soft ice cream. If left over night allow some time for ice cream to soften before eating.
